Out of the Box with Mr. Knits: A Hot Time In The Old Town Tonight!

Mrs. Knits is busy again with administrative stuff and with knitting samples for you to see. She is definitely an avid knitter who is really good at it! But she is not a glutton for punishment! Like many of you recently in the northern hemisphere, we are experiencing all-time record heat here in the Seattle area.

So what’s on her needles? An Akari summer shell. That sounds perfect for locations like ours that tend to have cool nights. I’m not a knitter, but I know that having a half-finished blanket on your lap would be uncomfortable for most of you at this time of year. So I made sure that we have available light-weight fibers, including multiple varieties of sock yarns, and kits for shawls, scarves, and tote bags (the latter having a crochet pattern - we didn’t forget about you folks).
