Return Policies

We can accept a return within 30 days of yarn and other products in like new condition (that includes not wound-off, and no significant odors introduced like pets or smoke). We still want to find those yummies a good home.

Returns are free within the USA and locations served by the US Postal service. Please contact us to request a return label.

Outside of those USPS locations, for the same reason we have to pass the shipping cost on to you for purchases, we’ll have to ask you to pay for return shipping, after contacting us. The refund will be limited to what you paid for the item (not shipping, duties, nor other international fees).

Of course, if we get something wrong, that’s on us! Please contact us to fix it at our expense.
