Welcome Madelintosh!

Showcase of a few of our favorite colors in the Madalogue (Catalog)

Mrs. Knits is so excited to introduce Madelinetosh Yarns to our Designer Yarn Collection. We love their scrumptious fibers and a tremendous range of over 200+ colorways. The way it works is that we choose a base fiber and then the colorways. We also are offering seasonal collections and “Hue of the Month” options. Some of our new offerings for 2023 include Woolcycle Sport, Unicorn Tails (mini-skeins) and the iconic Tosh DK. New for Spring 2023 is Hello, Weekend! featuring Wool+Cotton for a sophisticated easy summer vibe. Other favorites include: Tosh Vintage, Farm Twist (on Mrs. Knits Needles), and richly saturated dyed Pashima. Coming soon we have more colors and kits and lots of patterns for very Happy Knitting!

NEW: Wool + Cotton from the Hello Weekend Collection for Spring 2023.

Tosh Wool + Cotton is a yarn of great balance. Wool adds warmth and bounce. Cotton brings a cool, soft hand. A yarn for all seasons, this DK takes dye quietly and makes easy-to-wear knits.

Woolcycle

Woolcycle is Madelinetosh's first ever 100% upcycled yarn and another step in their journey to fiber sustainability! Made from mill ends and unused wool, these threads were spun in Peru to create a 100% superwash yarn that's just as soft and colorful as any of the Tosh bases. In fact, this yarn ranks among the best of their bases for rendering rich and saturated colors! This Sport weight yarn is perfect for baby blankets, children's garments, shawls, socks, light sweaters and more! Grab a skein (or three!) and make use of this yarn's creative reuse!

Pashima

A Madelinetosh favorite, Pashmina is a hand-dyed, 3-ply, sport-weight yarn that blends the worlds of soft, squishy, and sturdy! Made up of a blend of 75% Merino wool, 15% silk, and 10% cashmere, this yarn is a similar fiber blend to the famous woven pashmina scarves! Pashmina knits up to a soft fabric with a gorgeous drape, making it the perfect option for scarves and shawls alike!

Farm Twist

Farm Twist is Mrs. Knit’s favorite silky blend on her needles now. Yarn can't get any squishier than this! Madelinetosh Farm Twist is a deliciously scrumptious yarn you'll never want to put down! Hand-dyed in Texas with wool ethically sourced from South Africa, Farm Twist is composed of two strands of Madelinetosh Tosh Merino Light twisted together. Providing great stitch definition, this yarn is also available in a wide selection of glazed solid and variegated shades, making it the perfect choice for blankets, sweaters, and many other project options!

Tosh DK

With a generous 225 yards of hand-dyed yarn per skein, Madelinetosh Tosh DK is a 100% Superwash Merino wool available in a rainbow of luscious, glazed solid, and variegated colorways. Each hank is dyed to perfection and treated to be machine washable. This gorgeous yarn makes knitting and crocheting a pleasure! It’s a staple for sophisticated knitter and crocheter’s yarn stash.

Unicorn Tails

How adorable are these mini-skeins? Perfect for accents and trims or to sample new colors. The ever-popular Madelinetosh Tosh Merino Light is now available in mini-skeins, affectionately called Unicorn Tails! These magical mini-skeins contain 52 yards of single-ply, fingering-weight Superwash wool in Madelinetosh's brilliantly hand-dyed colorways. Unicorn Tails are perfect for projects requiring a lot of colors but not a lot of yardage. Use them for hexipuffs, fair isle projects, granny squares - or even just to swatch with!

Tosh Vintage

Boasting a generous 200 yards per skein, Madelinetosh Tosh Vintage is a 100% Superwash Merino wool. Each squishy soft skein is hand-dyed in small dye lots and is machine-washable! Available in Madelinetosh's signature shade range filled with vibrant brights and muted neutrals, this worsted-weight yarn is perfect for crochet and knit projects! Tosh Vintage works up well for hard-wearing sweater and accessory projects with its plied nature combating any felting.
