What's this you ask? Since 2005 Mrs. Knits of Mrs. Knits Yarn Shop fame on Ebay has been a quiet influencer in all things fiber. This fall she is stepping out from behind the scenes online to come out into her own as a Professional Knitter and Fiber Artist. Mrs. Knits, a/k/a Bonnie Mariconda has had her needles flying since 1984. After 20 years of quietly knitting herself and everyone she knows a collection of sweaters she decided that she never met a cable she didn't like. Or an Alpaca or Sheep she didn't want to pet and then fleece. She dreams in color and can see the vision of a pattern without ever writing more than a few sketches. 

As the landscape of Local Yarn Shops (LYS) has shifted Mrs. Knits (who had a foray into brick and mortar in 2006) learned that the future of knitting was to end the rejection of the internet in favor of embracing the new reality. Online LYS's are here to stay. Our vendors scoffed at us until they saw Mrs. Knits' 4000+ happy knitters on Ebay and the requisite order volumes and decided to reconsider their ban on selling to Ebay/Internet based shops.

In 2020 I (Mrs. Knits) have been busy knitting and cultivating a Fall 2020 Collection featuring Timeless Noro Knit Blankets Book and kits to match the yummy patterns. By a kit I mean the works - Book-Yarn-Needles and a quality Wool Wash by Soak to avoid chemicals or irritants for your heirloom knits. 

Why did I choose Noro? Well you will just have to follow my Blog and see for yourself. Stay tuned for the hilarious and fiber rich (LOL) trunk show with all the sample blankets which are both simple for beginners and complex for experts - 25 Timeless designs and gorgeous pictures. 

Noro Yarns and the Timeless Noro Kits will be offered for sale officially in November 2020.
